This hotel is simply superb! It is big and spacious. Located in the middle of nowhere, that is in the Akan-Mashu National Park on the shore of the Kussharo Lake, it includes plenty of attractions for guests to stay on its premises. A game arcade, karaoke rooms, a convenience store, wooden chairs in the backyard... It is an easy ride to local lakes and hiking trails. The room was big, modern, well equipped, clean. The majority of staff spoke English, everyone was super kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast buffets, although pricey, were amaizng, versatile, delicious. We had an amazing stay there.

MORITA. We have encountered some difficulties with our car, and Morita was SO helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant stay. She made sure we are making the most out of the area, that everything is easy and nice, and thought of things we didn't even had in mind. She is a blessing.

The food at Kussharo Prince hotel was superb. Much of it prepared on the spot! The quantity and quality of food was excellent and the coffee was top notch. On a side note, the staff, especially Ms. Migura Morita were super helpful. I asked about train travel and bus service to travel to Chitose Airport. She provided me with a precise stop by stop schedule with train names/numbers that took me to my destination on time as planned.

I like the onsen. The hotel also had a lot of facilities like laundry, shop, arcade, table tennis and karaoke rooms (I only used the shop and laundry machines). The room had a fantastic view of the lake too. It was also possible to head down to the lake in the backyard of the hotel.

The room was a good size with a lovely view over Lake Kussharo. The set dinner menu provided delicious options.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent; worth the upcharge. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were very nice. They handled our limited Japanese with no problem.

Great location right by the lake, spacious room and very spacious bathroom and shower. The hotel had everything we needed, laundry, huge game room. 20 min drive from Teshikaga with restaurants and konbini.

The location was stunning. it is located in the most beautiful spot in the area. The breakfast was very good and worthy of price. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and were able to communicate in English. It has a convenient store in the basement. In total, we loved it.
